Half way through March and I’m on week 6 of the potato diet. For the first 4 weeks I ate nothing but potatoes then added in veggies and the occasional fruit.
I’m down 10.6 pounds so far – keep in mind I did not come from a shitty diet, I’m also 41 and I have Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism. This weight loss is solid and coming off at a healthy rate.
