8 Week Potato Diet Results!

I couldn’t be more excited to share this with you all! My potato diet is going fantastic and the weight is coming off at a very healthy rate. For the first 4 weeks I ate only potatoes. Then I added non-starchy veggies and later some fruit in small amounts.

There’s been a lot of people requesting a recipe and guide for this plan so I’m making it happen!  Stay tuned for more info on that.
